As an extension of our session, I'd like to provide you with a simple personalized self-care routine focused on alleviating constipation through Qi Abdominal release techniques.

Constipation is often seen as a disharmony in the digestive system and can be attributed to for example Qi Stagnation: - Qi, the vital energy, should flow smoothly throughout the body. When Qi becomes stagnant, it can lead to blockages in the digestive system, resulting in constipation.

These simple yet effective practices can be seamlessly integrated into your daily routine.

In this video, you'll learn a gentle self-massage technique to release tension and promote healthy energy flow in your abdominal region. Follow along with the instructions to enhance digestive function and ease constipation discomfort.

Instructions

  • Lay down

  • Prepare the belly with some oil and start above the navel.

  • Sink in with the finger , using the finger pads and make circles counter clock wise, without reaching any deeper than the muscle or supporting fascia levels.

  • Move from one point to the other in a clockwise spiral. Spend more time wher the fingers feel more attracted , exploring and feeling the differences of the skin from place to place.

  • When you feel tension, shake or vibrate.

  • End at the right hip.

Remember the big spiral is clockwise (green) and the finger circle is counter clock wise. (blue small spiral)
