Chi Core Release
Level 1 Training
Thank you for being a model for the Chi Core Release Exam
Times.
The exam is on Sunday the 8th of March.
The exams starts at 10:30 Please be there 10:25 the latest.
Important
Please note that it is really important for you to show up ( on time) as it will be the students final exam.
Have food at least one hour before the session.
Things to bring with you:
An extra towel or sarong
Please wear comfortable loose clothing pants/skirt
A bottle of water.
Location:
The Training will take place at One Yoga in Srithanu. (follow the road up the hill past Orion healing Center.) in the Meditation hall.
The Meditation hall is located right under the big main SEA Shala. (just follow the stairs that go to the beach on the left side of the shala.)
If you can’t find the shala ask at reception or anyone at the retreat centre.
